Refund & Cancellation Policy – Hotel Manish Palace, Digha

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in – 50% refund.
  • No Refund:
    Cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in – No refund.
  • No-Show:
    If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date, 100% booking amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method (UPI / bank transfer / card).
  • Any transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted.

3. Booking Modification

  • Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in.
  • Price differences (if any) will be charged accordingly.

4. Early Check-out

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.

5. Peak Season / Special Dates

  • During festivals, long weekends, and peak season,
    no cancellation or refund may be applicable.
  • Guests are advised to confirm policies at the time of booking.

6. Force Majeure

  • In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances,
    refunds or rescheduling will be handled at hotel management’s discretion.
