1. Cancellation Policy
- Partial Refund:
Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in – 50% refund. - No Refund:
Cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in – No refund. - No-Show:
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date, 100% booking amount will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.
- Refund will be made via the original payment method (UPI / bank transfer / card).
- Any transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted.
3. Booking Modification
- Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in.
- Price differences (if any) will be charged accordingly.
4. Early Check-out
- No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.
5. Peak Season / Special Dates
- During festivals, long weekends, and peak season,
no cancellation or refund may be applicable. - Guests are advised to confirm policies at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances,
refunds or rescheduling will be handled at hotel management’s discretion.
