2. Booking & Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability.

- Confirmation is valid only after receiving booking confirmation from the hotel.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
- Check-out Time: 9:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in.
4. Payment Policy
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards (subject to availability).
- Any additional services will be charged at check-out.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on booking type.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 working days.
- No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
6. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests and hotel staff.
- Any illegal activity or misconduct will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating rules.
7. Damage to Property
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

- Children below 5 years may stay free (without extra bed).
